They both have cute faces, small frames, aren't very muscular, their proportions are more similar, and most of all they both have adorably high pitched voices. In this way you could make an argument that childhood is feminine. But I would argue more that women don't actually share those traits. They are distinct from males, they're faces are "pretty", and their voices are nowhere near the pitch of most children.
