I'm honestly surprised only one or two of Ariel's sisters got focus episodes and intially they held back on using Ursula in favour of Evil Manta played by the delightful Tim Curry since it was a prequel but then decided to just use Ursula alongside having her movie actress instead of a recast. Also won't lie, the show seemed to have fun putting Ariel in unintentionally sexy scenarios.
