Insiders have been dropping a lot of info about the movie lately, here’s a quick compilation.>Steve Rogers will return, but not as Captain America. He will wear normal clothes, wield Thor’s hammer Mjolnir, and won’t have a codename.>Peggy Carter will have a major role. This Peggy is Steve’s wife and not the Captain Carter variant that starred in the What If…? animated series.>Steve and Peggy have two children, a boy named James and a girl named Sarah, and at some point, we see them as adult superheroes with their own shields.>Doctor Doom pretends to be a hero who lost his family in an incursion and wants to save the Multiverse for most of the movie in order to manipulate the Avengers and the X-Men into battle to advance his goals.>Doom and Reed Richards are initially allies, and Doom and the Fantastic Four arrive on Earth-616 together. Reed is the one who figures out Doom is lying and exposes him, and Doom abducts Reed’s son Franklin Richards, turning the two into bitter rivals.>Doom blames Rogers to creating the incursions by creating a branch timeline to be with Peggy and wants revenge against him.>Doctor Strange betrays the Avengers by siding with Doctor Doom, believing he is the only one who can save the Multiverse.>Doom is accompanied by a masked female enforcer who is ultimately revealed to be a brainwashed Scarlet Witch.
>Jean Grey is dead in the X-Men’s universe.>Magneto steals the show and has a major fight scene against Doctor Doom.>Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man has a major role in the movie. He has a slight beard and this time his suit will be CGI.>Deadpool and Wolverine appear in the third act to help the X-Men fight the Avengers and the Fantastic Four. Deadpool fights Reed Richards while Wolverine fights Maguire’s Spider-Man.>In addition to Maguire, Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Chris Evans, Hayley Atwell and the previously confirmed cast members, Iman Vellani (Ms. Marvel), Hailee Steinfeld (Hawkeye), Kathryn Newton (Stature) and Gwyneth Paltrow (Pepper Potts) shot scenes for the movie.> Benedict Cumberbatch (Doctor Strange), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Brie Larson (Captain Marvel), Teyonah Parris (Monica Rambeau), Lashana Lynch (Maria Rambeau) and Halle Berry (Storm) aren’t in the movie at the moment, but there will be reshoots in April specifically for actors who weren’t available during principal photography or couldn’t work out a deal with Marvel to appear.
>>151976457>Doctor Doom pretends to be a hero who lost his familySo, Mysterio again
>>151976524Not quite, he truly did lose his family when his universe was destroyed, the twist is that he wasn't his universe's protector, but rather its tyrant.
>>151976457>Doom abducts Reed’s son Franklin Richards, turning the two into bitter rivals. The only positive about RDJ Doom was that if there's an FF sequel they'd finally be obligated to do a villain other than Victor and Galactus, so if they wanna use the films to start their rivalry and develop it further then Jesus Christ.

Drawn Together was a "reality show" that was animated. So that got me to thinking: A revival of Drawn Together where there is either a new cast, or new additions to the cast, like an actual reality show... Could it work? And what are the possibilities of adding new characters? What different styles and genres could they try?
>>151976342Considering how shit South Park has gotten I'd say the drawn together cast were right
>>151976342>Drawn Together also isn't a big enough IP for a network to bring back.Alright that wasn't the question dumbass but ok
>>151976072Try Chibiverse
>>151976431Chibiverse has really almost nothing in common with Drawn Together
>>151976385drawn together ended just when it stopped being absurd, they saw the writing on the wall and i'm glad they stopped. The movie was a complete waste of time but it also work as a demonstration of what to expect if they have continued. While spiteful as the entire plot of the movie was, they were right about south park no longer focusing on being a small town with crazy occurrences and instead became what lisa simpson has become lately

Previous >>151926056Today is 2019Previously, there was a lot of hustle and bustle with the Starbuck Jones movie finishing production. The cast had a Comic-Con panel and afterwards it was decided, thanks to a tweet from Jeff Murdoch, to hold the premiere at the Valentine Theater in Centerville as an attempt to save it. Pete, for some reason, was sent ahead to do "advance work" and encountered Mindy—Jeff's daughter, Ed Crankshaft's granddaughter and ex-Montoni's waitress—and somehow the two of them hit it off and began dating. Around the same time, Darin managed to meet and connect with comics legend Phil Holt who soon after died and left him a bunch of comic cover illustrations which Pete subsequetly auctioned off for charity much to the approval of the ghosts of Lisa and Phil. At the SJ premiere, there was also a double wedding as Cliff Anger and Vera Nash were married alongside Mason and Cindy.Pete and Darin were contacted later on by Chester Hagglemore who wanted to start up a new company to "revive the spirit of Batom Comics" and with SJ done, the two bozos decided to leave their better paying jobs for Atomik Komix where it was seemingly just them until they were later joined by Mindy as a colorist. Meanwhile Bull managed to form a friendship with Buck Bedlow, a rival player from Big Walnut Tech, and the two would regularly get together to reminisce about their playing days. Wally started up his last semester of college and was paired up with Adeela, an Iraqi immigrant, in a partnership that started awkwardly but was eventually smoothed over. He also learned that Rana had reembraced Islam and intended to become a teacher and go back to Afghanistan so she could educate girls there.

>>151973789See. But you wanna know where the men who aren't toxically masculine used to be? They were fucking adults.Characters like Superman, Batman, Uncle Max, or even a lot of old action heroes worked because instead of being presented to us as "relatable", they were presented to us as the kind of men that we'd one day hopefully grow up to be. Like in El Tigre. El Pantera was presented to us as a very model person even when he had his flaws while El Tigre, young and still learning, was allowed to be a trouble maker with a performative masculinity more relatable to young boys and learning alongside them.Like, Steven Universe was meant to be a gender-neutral audience but Steven is such a fucking alien figure to the average pre-teen boy. He's well behaved, he never talks shit, he never overconfidently says "NAH I GOT THIS!", he never tries to show off to peers or his girlfriend, he already has a sense of when to assert himself and when to back down. The problem isn't that he has a healthy sense of masculinity, the problem is that he ALREADY has one with zero room for growth.Lars is closer to the average boy in the age group, but like I said >>151973781, he doesn't have that sense of "autopilot" that actual boys do. He actively thinks to "being a man" when doing that stuff and that is presented as the flaw. When what the average teenage boy NEEDS is to learn to think about "being a man" in terms of the kinds of things I outlined in >>151973445 because that is what helps them control the monkey brain instinctual side of masculinity.

Some of those shows and even stuff like Turning Red and Elio feel more like unofficial extensions of AT and SU. Those shows unironically had bad the influence on the animation industry in the west. It's hard to give a damn about recent /co/ shows when most of the modern animators are stuck regurgitating AT and SUs style over and over again.

>>151970338>Legends of Tomorrow was hard-carried by Darhk, Merlyn and Thawne. The show had a chance to do something cool with Constantine. The idea of re-centering the show around magic with science, would have been fun. But they fucked the idea by having the bitch who had played Vixen turn into a British speaking anti-hero who did magic. What was the point of bringing in John then? I hated her character and for a long time had no idea that her bad English accent was her actual speaking voice.

>>151975541>This is an artist drawing a ship they like independent of the filmfirst day on twitter?
>>151974360>Her being into women exclusively is simply canonOkay where in the movie is that shown?
>>151975080Notice he hasn't explained what these cues are aside from stereotyping. And besides, what's it matter? I can go on e6 and find art of her banging Wolf and it's just as valid as that animator's silly drawing. Hell this guy pivoted from Diane and Kitty being a thing to insisting Kitty is gay when pressed. She could just be bi, straight, "ace" or whatever until it's confirmed one way or another by the movies or someone in charge of the canon. For all we know she could only get off to people stealing entire shopping carts worth of wonder bread. It don't matter. None of this matters. Now if you'll excuse me I'm gonna go beat my dick dry to Kitty in a star-spangled bikini.
Kitty, Wolf, and Diane are bi because that makes all the porn they have been in canon

>>151975275Aside from Condorito, Pepe Antártico y Pepe Antártico, the only other chilean comics I have read are Juanelo and one issue of Sewelman. The former being more of a newspaper comic, and the latter being more of an "educational" super hero.
>>151975474I also remember reading one issue of El Caleuche, couldn't get my hands on more. It was a collection of different stories, each following its own line. El Caleuche was a superhero themed one, and there was one that was like teens that investigated paranormal events.
