It was good when it was only airing on Canadian channels and I got to see it when I visited the lake and then came back and told everyone about this obscure Canadian cartoon, but once it was the Teen Titans Go before Teen Titans Go I just got sick of it.

Johnny would actually use his sisters' experiments to his advantage and do things like fight evil (rather than copying Dexter one-to-one and have him blow up the lab almost every episode) and I thought that was a pretty fun idea back in the day. The problem was that the execution since season 2 was complete garbage and that kept the show from being seen as an underrated classic to many even if you did like the first season only.
