The talk at least gives us insight to gangle and ragatha >jax and pomni have a brief talk about ragatha and gangle and their general situation while the adventure takes a break. It gives the audience a clue that jax has more to him. It also shows us that caine is still losing it.>The rest are 2 pep talks/trauma dumps that least have a reason at to why the characters are where they are. The last one is a full on argument and fight and neither are just sitting there until the last few lines with pomni on the ground.I mean, two people just talking can be lazy, but what do you want? One of them telling their backstory while running from a dragon?

Earlier episodes already did a good job at showing things like Ragatha's conflict avoidant people pleasing, Zooble being uncomfortable with her body, and Jax being an asshole to push people away without them having to sit down and explain it at length, but it's like Goose is afraid that people won't actually get it unless it's eventually spelled out as explicitly as possible.
