Should I go to the theater to see boys go to Jupiter is it even about space travel or are the boys gay
Imagine if we had super power-hungry and inefficient LLM pseudo-AI purpose-built to answer these kinds of inane questions. Alas, a man can dream though. A man can dream.
>>150121128sure why not
>>150121128>Overall, the film is slow and kind of dreamy. Without trying to prop it up with the comparison, it felt a touch Lynchian in the way that it challenges you to confront and question it. There were many times I wondered if something was an artistic choice or if it was due to inexperience. I think the audience not being sure works in its favor.https://desuarchive.org/co/thread/149799926/#149805927
>>150122046Sounds like pretentious faggot shit.
>>150121128It’s not at all gay. It is weird, though.Don’t go expecting a linear plot with a story that drives towards a natural conclusion. The whole thing is about surreal vibes, deadpan performances, and awkwardness. The art is kind of janky, but purposefully so. It’s made by the type of person who would have been REALLY into vaporwave but then moved on. There’s humor, but very little (if any) is laugh out loud funny. If you’re the type to go to indie film festivals, this will be up your alley. It’s surreal and dreamy and doesn’t really have a primary conflict, but it got inside my head and I’ve been thinking about it a lot. If you tend to prefer superhero films and summer blockbusters, skip it. You’re going to fucking hate it. I suspect most of /co/ would hate it, but then again they tend to favor normie shit.I felt high while watching it and I wasn’t. I want to talk about specifics more, but I don’t want to spoil anything before people get a chance to see it.>>150122046That’s me
