The amount of exploitation in entertainment industries right now is absurd. Pay is low, conditions are harsh, and corporate meddling is rampant. Nobody wants to deal with that shit, so it's restricting the creativity pool to people who are willing to sign everything away, have all their ideas fucked with, and get paid like shit for it. This is not particularly luring the best and brightest into the industry.tl;dr: Anyone smart enough to make an amazing show is also smart enough to not get into the animation industry because they don't want to slave their life away to create something just to make a bunch of jews richer.
