Perplexingly, it's a zero sum game. Gassing up these hack writers so you need to pay them more. Comics are lowbrow media for poor kids - they rely on a constant turn over of cheap hack writers, not increasingly diminishing returns. Whoever's in charge need to acknowledge their retardation and leave immediately.
