His passion : Accordion. He dreams of becoming a Turbofolk superstar.He practice everyday to prepare to compete for the upcoming Sranjevo Folk Festival.There’s just one problem : He plays terrible.One day he hears old war veterans tell about powerful water spirits that can make all wishes come true: The samovilas.They are usually found at the source of rivers.Yavor follows the town river until a cave deep in the hills, from which it streams.Inside the cave he come across DRINA (Mila Jovovich) the Samovila.Drina mourns her only son’s death, a lake that disappeared due to a dam built by humans. She hates Humans since this day and haven’t found peace.In order to bond with her, Yavor pretends he is an orphan.Drina offers him to become her son and live with her forever affer winning the turbofolk festival thanks to her powers.Yavor accepts the deal.Drina warn him she’ll always keep an eye on him, using all bodies of water to do so.Yavor think he tricked Drina since she doesn't know he has a mother already, and plans using this fact to cancel the deal in given time.Over the days Yavor amazes his schoolmates while practicing with his newfound accordion skills and keep trying to hide Drina about his mothers.
