>>150141870I was surprised how decent to good Rock Dog 3 was, especially after how bad 2 was. 3 was kind of a retread of what 2's story, which in an of itself is bad because it misses the point of the original movie, but it pulls it off more tastefully, has some well directed scenes, and characters are handled much better. Norm of the north, Alpha and Omega, and the laundry list of other Lionsgate/Weinstein animated releases from the last decade. Why fund a project you have no faith in? Why complete the production only to sit on it for a decade plus? With how many of these garbage low effort cgi animal movies get released, you'd think these would be massive franchises somewhere. Atleast Land before Time had one incredible and beloved movie before they pimped it out like a 2 dollar whore.
