For a show with "Evil" in the title, it's impressive how they kept finding new ways to waste villains.>Ludo: Clearly meant to just be a slice of life villain, and the show had no idea what to do with him after it decided to become story based.>Toffee: Entertaining to watch, but his motivation pretty much came down to "I want my finger back" and we have no idea if his plan went anywhere past that because he's killed by Super Saiyan Star ex machina.>Meteora: Interesting backstory, but went nowhere because she ended up just being a big "kill everything" monster (instead of trying to re-take the throne or some shit) and then gets turned into a baby because the writers couldn't think of anything better to do with her.>Mina: Literally just a joke character from Season 1 that the writers promoted to final villain because they wasted all of the others. Motivation was basic as fuck and pretty much just became a joke villain at the end.
