>>150162919I'm reminded of a thread from long ago centered around trying to adapt other Batman villains into the Nolanverse. The idea I pitched was on a scientist who was in the Narrows during the big climax when the fear toxin was released (in particular, he would be severely impacted by the sight of Batman gliding through the area). Something causes the Fear Toxin to interact with the bat serums he's working on, leaving him under the delusion that he's undergoing a werewolf-like transformation into a giant bat-like creature. The centerpiece of this would be a sequence, similar to the skin peeling scene from Poltergeist, where Doc Langstrom peels away his skin and finds himself facing the fully-transformed Man-Bat in his reflection.
