Apparently according to a previous thread, Smiling Friends season 3 starts on October 5th. Glad we don't have to wait another year this time. What are your hopes/expectations? I want them to bring back the gross-up gags, they just suddenly vanished from season 2 for some reason. Also, more Allan and/or Glep centric episodes.

I can't quite understand why, but I did notice that in the first couple of episodes he had a slightly deeper sounding voice and didn't ad-lib as much

Its relatively small budget, use of mixed media, and writers' room consisting of just Zach & Michael makes the year-long turnaround for 10 new episodes admirable. I'm really glad Adult Swim caught wind of the show's success so early that they allowed Season 3 to go straight into production, can't wait for the trailer this(?) week
