Swarm is also basically confirmed to get a card since one of the designers said there would be a card that has the "Insect Villain" creature type, plus Swarm appears in the bonus sheet on the reprint of the card "Feed the Swarm".
As for White Rabbit, who knows. She does appear in the artwork of the card Prison Break along with Hypno-Hustler and others.
