How does one, whether an individual or a committee, create a top 100 comics list without getting lost in the sauce?
I have never really seen a list that's reasonable. They tend to omit good picks or entire countries, or make fucktarded decisions (as in the TCJ list).

The only time I will think Hooded Utilitarian did a good thing was them doing their Top 100 or whatever it was called, in response to TCJ's top 100

Shame that site was run by that guy

As an individual, establish yourself as a learned comic reader, like a Paul Gravett type, and call your list your own "personal top 100", or whatever number.
