No one ever communicated anything to each other, even when it would have been rational to do, in character, and benefit the person talking! God damnit I WANTED to like this show. There are great ideas! I loved the robot, especially that he communicated mainly in whistles! It was the kind of quirky fun that matches the rubber hose animation. I liked the stoned out of his mind kid that literally floated around everywhere! I even kind of liked the plot around the whole body snatching soul thing that was going on with the elf and the Betty Boop girl. But EVERY PLOT POINT HUNG ON THEM NOT FUCKING TALKING TO EACH OTHER!
