Not so long ago Deadpool used to be one of the most popular Marvel characters. Why is no one talking about him anymore?
>>
>>150198552
Being popular ruined him in the same way being popular ruined Harley Quinn, he's had power creep and is boring now.
>>
>>150198552
He's still popular, his newest film made over billion.

I think they waited too long to make his films. Deadpool's popularity was highest 15-20 years ago.
>>
>LOLOLOL LE FUNNY CHIMICHANGA FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK ASS DICK SEX IN MY ANUS COCKSUCK SEX JOKE HEHEHEHE LE RANDOM WAFFLE PENGUIN SPORK XDXDXD

I wonder why…..

>>150198567
This. I can’t stand Deadpool or the redditfags who cling to him, now. It all went down hill after Waypool.
>>
I genuinely miss when he was just a dimension hopping weirdo that got in cosmic bar fights with people way stronger than him and flirted with Death because he saw it so often

Now he has a brand and people expect him to do things

>He's still popular, his newest film made over billion.
Was that because of Deadpool, or because of Wolverine and nostalgia pandering?
>>
>>150198660
That used to be 4chan humor 20 years ago. Now it's cringe.
>>
>>150198881
you weren't even here 20 years ago zoomie.
>>
>>150198896
Sadly I was.
>>
>>150198896
And yet he's not wrong
>>
>>150198552
Because his last fans were just consoomers only caring about the current thing.

we should go back the website is dying as is
>>
We were saying the same thing from 2019-2023 between movies, then DP3 came out and made a jilionzillion bux.
Normies don't really obsess over things they throw money at like nerds
>>
I think Deadpool was losing relevence here long before the movies. Waypool was around the peak of reddit "awesome sauce" meme culture back then so even redditors now hate deadpool
>>
>>150198660
>>150199268
Yeah 4chan was already turning sour to deadpool but pre irony poisoning internet were me gusta for deadpool for a bit
>>
>>150198805
Deadpool was apart of the nostalgia pandering so both.
>>
>>150199355
Are people really nostalgic for 2016?
>>
>>150198896
Let's not pretend 4chan of 20 years ago had smart, highbrow humor
>>
>>150200274
still better than soijaks.

>>150200557
Almost anything is

you’re overusing the word “nostalgia”. the last deadpool movie was in 2018. that’s not enough time for something to be nostalgic. you faggots piss me off because you throw that word out every time marvel puts a character people actually want to see in a movie instead of ms. marvel or the lame ass thunderbolts.
>>
>>150201684
Thunderbolts was not great, but still better than any of Deadpool's reddit movies.
>>
>>150201702
not my point. fucking asshole.
>>
>>150201702
thunderbolts felt like a direct to streaming tv movie.
>>
>>150201702
These kinds of posts are starting to sound like Feige is upset that Deadpool and Wolverine did well and he had little to do with it so he's been telling the shills to shit on Deadpool and Wolverine
>>
>>150201872
It's impossile to discuss comic book movies anymore without being accused of shilling.
>>
>>150201684
>the last deadpool movie was in 2018. that’s not enough time for something to be nostalgic.
He meant people were nostalgic for the original X-Men movies and older Fox properties, dipshit.
>>
>>150202675
The second anon he replied to said otherwise desu.
This is just like the argument I was just in in the Batman #1 thread, hey. Time, flat circle etc
>>
>>150201872
I like it when people describe executives as if they're cartoony evil overlords and not just tards who like money. Like suggesting Feige would pay people out his own pocket to shit on literally the only thing making him money because it offended him lol

Hey guys, buy Mint Mobile.

I'm fed up of seeing Ryan Reynolds on Mint Mobile commercials all the time, so I don't exactly want to watch Deadpool 3 or any other Ryan Reynolds commercial.

Deadpool is still very popular. Deadpool 3 made a billion dollars. But a big problem he's always had was that he looks too similar to Spiderman. So parents would rather just buy Little Jimmy a Spiderman T-Shirt.

I do play Deadpool Pinball a lot though at a local arcade.
>>
>>150198552
I don't understand why you can't see character fatigue when it happens in front of your face. This generation milked it in the movies, the last generation milked it on the comics. It will come back with the next thing whatever it is.

You're fags
