If there could be any guy that can modernize Animaniacs while still keeping the expressive, wacky, and insane energy of the original, this guy could be perfect for the job since he was the guy responsible for the original

These segments in Bullet/Bullet (characters were designed by Dan Haskett who was commissioned with Disney money by Toshihiko Masuda who is in charge of these segments, who was commissioned by Yoshiteru Tsujino who worked on the main show) already unironically has much better writing and animation that that shitty reboot anyway.
