Well I just watched this episode and honestly ... if this is considered one of the better episodes of season 22 then it shows how terrible the show had become. 17 minutes of preparation for a dogshit conclusion. Bunch of shitty drama over nothing with not much of a good story structure or storytelling to begin with. And the battle in this one is still better than the Game of Thrones 3parter that was the entire 3parter on preparation. Trey learned how to write like a 2010s writer without ideas who pretends he has ideas and preparing and dramatizing because you have no budget and ideas is the way you should write rather than staying away from that garbage.https://www.southparkstudios.com/episodes/c5x1x5/south-park-the-scoots-season-22-ep-5Only thing you can grab out of this episode is to make a gallery of all the background characters in their costumes like a Where's Waldo game or a Pokemon game. S1-S3 were lame and boring due to the lack of drama and boring conclusion, but they were still creative and had everything run normally instead of focusing too much on 1 thing.And when S8-S11 overly dramatized they still had subtanced that evolved into multiple things from that 1 thing rather than wasting time pretending you're telling a story.
