I watched the extended edition for the first time, and I actually quite enjoyed it

>>150210444The casting and chemistry with the actors is genuinely really good but Dr Doom is lackingly done feeling more like diet Norman Osborn, they don't do enough fun heroics mostly just slumming in the Baxter Building and just lacks the theatrics of the comics. I honestly think they should've saved Dr Doom for later or build up to him, perhaps start with Wizard and his frightful four or Red Ghost and his Super apes though maybe I'm expecting to much from the embarrassed of source material era....though we still haven't left it honestly.

>>150210645Well I more so mean less world threatening and more so just the supervillains or giant monsters and moloids from the underground deal of fantastical elements. I do agree that smaller scale stakes for superhero movies would be nice, that's what I liked about the first Ironman or Ant-Man despite some slight issues I retroactively have adaption wise since got more into Marvel since they were released.

Such as Shang Chi fighting Mandarin, Red Hulk/Leader vs Sam Wilson, Ghost/botched Kang vs Ant Man or Klaw being killed off without even getting his more known sound form design from Fantastic Four debut
>>150210718I don't mean literally include them but at least something like Trapster robbing a bank/science lab so the Fantastic Four weren't just sitting around for most of the middle after the bridge scene. Plus also they really needed to punch up Dr Doom, I know they wouldn't of included the magic but him in a high tech suit instead of vague electric metal skin bullshit or only a single line regarding Latveria instead of it being a key faucet of his character/background.
