They aren't giving those kinds of budgets to stuff like NuKOTH cause companies are too afraid to take risks these days.

>>150237613Well they cheated quite a bit by heavily reusing old animations. It's like how in Scooby Doo, whenever there was a running sequence, they ALWAYS reused the same animations. Every HB show had heavily recycled animations and backgrounds. This is why they were occasionally able to use slightly more dynamic animations and shit. They saved so much time and money via recycling old shit that they were sometimes able to do slightly interesting things as well. And then if the opportunity came up, they'd reuse that too.
