What's the point of all these Pixar sequels? Pixar seems to have little direction but to release sequels that no one asks for.

Coco 2 feels so pointless. Even Coco 1 felt unnecessary as there were already so many Dia De Los Muertos cartoons. There are 3 Elena of Avalor episodes about Dia De Los Muertos, An El Tigre episode, Raina Telgemier's Ghosts comic, and The Book of Life, and I'm sure I'm missing a few. They are all basically the same thing, either an Isekai to the Land of the Dead, or a reverse Isekai with ghosts coming to the real world.

Ratatouille 2 feels equally as pointless. It's a perfect ending just leaving Remy, Linguine, and Colette to run a restaurant together. Is there going to be a health inspector or business problems in Ratatouille 2?

Toy Story should have ended at 3, as it's the perfect ending. 4 felt pointless, and now there's going to be a 5 about tablets and the internet or something. It feels like another Ralph Breaks the Internet movie.

What would it even be about? Coco died in the first movie unless it's going be about Miguel's sister.
