Look at the art in panels 4-5, anon. She's using her powers so she can claw wounds into his supposedly invulnerable skin, he hasn't been hurt like that since he got powers. If she keeps going and does the same, or worse to his equipment, his reaction in the last two panels does fit.

They made last-minute edits to the art to remove the implications of it being a BJ, but the dialogue mostly remained unchanged, so just look at it as Wanda saying all that in a mocking, sarcastic or malicious tone before she castrates him.
