Kinda wild to think this was just a stunt and Tim was back only to be on his way out as soon as Damian popped up only 2 years later. Tim stayed as Robin for another 3 years after, but once Damian was introduced Tim's days were numbered. Would've been better to just have Steph ride those 5 years out and then Damian's whole thing could be that girls can't be Robin.
