Lady Gaston doesn't even have to be particularly two faced, like Gaston the difference between confidence and arrogance is the need to force it upon others. All she loses is the hypermasculine displays but she can still have the "Everyone agrees I'm the best" while she unpersons everyone who doesn't which is exactly what Gaston did in the original.Though technically speaking an accurate Beauty and the Beast genderswap requires swapping the entire premise to fit the allegory.
