Is it just me or is a lot of Homestuck fanart really, really good. Not because it's particularly well drawn, but mainly because of the poses and expressions the characters are given. I have a folder with like a hundred pictures in it, and there are so many bangers I'm having trouble deciding which one I should use to illustrate my point.

The beta kids session was doomed by the trolls, and the alpha session was void because they didn't have a space and time player.

The Black King/Black Queen/Jack Noir is the fakeout final boss, the narrative final boss, the Golbez or Kuja or Porky or what have you. Lord English is the true final boss of Sburb, a construct that every session cluster finds a backstory for (look at all the fakeout Lord Englishes) before using as an ultimate threat.

Just finished reading meat, the only strong complaint that I have is how they keep trying to paint Jane in a fascist light, despite not explicitly showing how she is being a dictator, also the fact that Jake after all this time is still acting like a faggy loser. Apart from that, I found it quite interesting, especially when Dirk was fucking with the narrative and fighting for control over it with alt Callilope. I have absolutely no clue what Dirk's ultimate goal is, but I wish him all the best lol
