Yeah they re-dubbed it. The owl sounds different, the turtle sounds different, the kid sounds different, and the ending line is supposed to sound a lot more sad than how the new narrator says it. The question is, why did it go through the trouble to read up this commercial? Tootsie Pops are not on some kind of comeback.
