Isn't Peacemaker supposed to be a bit more of a tragic antihero thoughbeit? Like, shouldn't he be the President-killing, Nightshade-raping guy with PTSD who is prone to extreme violence sometimes? Similar to the Comedian from Watchmen or Pax Americana's Peacemaker? I usually like James Gunn's movies, but I think he's wrong to portray Peacemaker as a do-gooder superhero. Something just feels off about this version of the character. And John Cena is fine, he's a good actor, it's just that he's playing a goofy character, Peacemaker shouldn't be that way.
