it was kind of an ass series
>>150308038Artemis is gonna have some confusing teen years
>>150308038I was obsessed with this book series as a kid, but i only got to read part of the first graphic novel. How faithful to the books was it?
>>150308177>confusingnah, there's nothing confusing, he's going straight for that elf cooch.can't blame him>>150308711as far as i remember from the storytime, pretty faithful, might have been a little libertine with the designs but overall it's good, i recommend it.the movie on the other hand is an abomination and i wish dead and woe upon everyone involved
>>150308038>>150308156Qrd?
I always imagined Michael Clarke Duncan as Butler personally despite him being Eurasian.
>>150309689It's about a badass criminal mastermind kid willing to fuck around with mythology itself mobster style who slowly gets turned into a good boy despite all the actual kidnap and ransoming he was willing to do purely for profit driven reasons. It starts with giving half a gold fortune to fix his broken mother, then he goes and rescues his dad from the Russian Mob, and finally after fucking around and getting his butler bodyguard shot he becomes a nice person (and then gets his mind wiped and has to start the process over again and also another genius kid is introduced at this point and the story falls apart harder)
>>150309689I want to fuck Opal.
>>150310162Casual hours. I want to fuck N°1 or No.1 or whatever his name was.
>>150309689Don't bother
>>150309689It's a classic example of a cool kids' novel getting shitty sequels because the author had no idea how to extend the story long term
>>150310556most of the sequels are good.the one about the cube was the best from what i recall.opal getting like 3 of them got pretty repetitive, but i still liked them. and the romantic moments between the two of them were pretty good in my 14 y/o eyes
