The New 52 gets a lot of shit, but I'll always appreciate how it was the first time in 30 years that DC felt comfortable letting their big characters get new designs. Some of them worked better than others but at least we got the variety. Deathstroke comes to mind with how he lost his little orange running shorts.

Batman's look in Hush came from the end of NML with the "new Gotham" relaunch and it's remained his go-to costume since, replacing the yellow oval suit in play for nearly 40 years by then.
