>>150348729BookGN definitely has the most recent links (from 2023, which is a lot since these are weekly releases) and has a smattering of recent older, I see 2011 and 2012 - make sure you sign up for a free account for the dedicated file host, it won't throttle you on your daily download and you should be able to log in and then cue up your links on JD2 and let your computer play with itself while you go play videos or read comics or whatever. IIRC, something called War Picture Libraries or something like that was ripped which would be older (I want to say like WWII era?), probably ripped by Torquemeda so there should be working links in desu, and that's the classic stuff. It might have been ripped by D&Q so again, should have working links in the archive, but if not, in which case you just need to reply to any posts of links from Empire and ask them to re-up the links. You can also check GetCo, he usually does mirror all the Rebellion stuff and I'm pretty sure that's who published those reprint collections, but again, I'm going by memory. I don't download these for myself so it's not like I can check my horde external;I just cross-post the links so others who do want 'em can have access.

>>150359377>do they include any extrasThe only DC Finest I've really taken a good look at is the Superboy (which doesn't include any bonus content but does have remasters that aren't even on the DC Universe Infinite site) and Jimmy Olsen (most of which has been ripped, I think or is available to be ripped) - because those are one's I thought I might buy to consider scanning for others. Both of these are old material and I doubt there is bonus content to be had and it would likely need to be added and be something like the introduction that was already written for the Amazing Transformations of Jimmy Olsen or someone writing something new. I'm pretty sure we didn't get an introduction on the Superboy Krypto book but can't honestly remember. I spent more time looking through the panels of issues I had only ever read as paper scans but it appears from the detailed reviews that it's just remastered issues. I think the Jimmy Olsen had no extras and I mostly looked too see if the non Superman's Pal stuff was new or not, and didn't pay attention. Both of these were at Barnes & Nobles.But almost all those Fan Made are very modern crap, that already has a Deluxe or has good trade compilation rips. There are no DC Finest of say Doomsday Clock or the Triangle Years, or almost a good 65-85% of what they are 'mocking up' at GetCo. Yes, I just noticed they are taking the cover art from at least two of the Batman DC Finest. But all they did was pull just the cover, not even the TOC, indicia pages, and other bonus material the way Marika did for the recent hybrid releases she did of those hard covers, where it was mostly repackaging single digital rips versus tearing apart and scanning the entire HC.

I own the Fraction HC of his Jimmy Olsen run, it includes the same intro they used, but the skeleton key from the recent Deluxe edition, as well as Leiber sketches (not just his and Oliver's variants) for cover designs that weren't used, were fun. Just as with the script (that WIP) just released of All Star Superman, even for decades old 'new' stuff, DC has all sorts of potentially interesting things that can be released as extra and bonus material.These stapled together equivalents are as bad as Marble old trades; as mock ups, yes, they are convenient, I've downloaded a few, for ease. But people shouldn't look to them as being some kind of comparable to near official or official releases.

The only issues are when they have a bad original or an original that has so many stamps and stickers, particular over anything crucial, and some material in the past that wasn't as carefully scanned. They also undertake re-scanning when new copies, in better condition, are de-accessioned by libraries.Some of this is material that's not available to be ripped and never will be.
