So should Scarface simply be personality of Arnold Wesker and Peyton Riley, or should the puppet be something otherworldly? Or perhaps both, the latter alluded to? Also does anyone prefer Peyton over Arnold? Also if you were to revamp or give Ventriloquist a new story, what would you do?

>>150352844Wesker should be such an impossibly talented, virtuoso ventriloquist, that he genuinely doesn't know how he does it. Not just from insanity, but from it flowing out of him without any conscious ability. He should be able to do things no other ventriloquist could, defy belief, but still be nailed down by Batman's keen detective skills. That's what makes him a decent Batman villain.

>>150352844I think a distinction should be made that Scarface isn't a personality of Wesker, he's a delusion of Wesker. Wesker genuinely, 100% believes that Scarface is a distinct and separate person and cannot be convinced that it's just a puppet. Peyton Riley should be perfectly sane but pretend to be crazy.
