What am I in for?

This might be the only Disney classic I've never seen

As a kid, something about it ending with them talking about being friends forever made me sad, and I never understood why.

it's three short films cut together, and they left out A Day for Eeyore
pretty good movie, so is the 2011 one
Gopher sucks

I always loved the look of this VHS cover, that logo isn't super showoff-y but still nice and regal-looking

I like Piglet and Tigger's movies better but that's just me
>>
>>150361626
They collected the three existing short films into one movie in 1977. "A Day For Eyeore" was a Disney Channel premiere special in 1983. Pisses me off it's not streaming because it's my favorite.

I miss the Gamecube.. :(
>>
>using the bathroom at a friend's house
>she has a Winnie the Pooh shower curtain
>bit of a cute story book illustration look to it
>shows characters and places on it
>notice the sign at Piglet's house
>sign simply reads "Trespassers" instead of "Tresspassers will"
>realize that I live in a world where even a shower curtain will be censored for a mild and subtle joke
>censorship for a minute detail that only an autist like me would notice

Care to elaborate? I'm trying to look up this intricate Pooh lore, but I'm failing to understand why this would need to be censored at all.
>>
>>150361264
Because nothing ever lasts, there's a similar scene in the recent Christopher Robin movie with Pooh and Christopher Robin that got a similar reaction out of me (surprisingly good movie btw, really felt like a cap on Disney's Pooh stuff).

The joke is "Trespassers will be shot"
I actually found a picture of the shower curtain, but you can barely see what I'm talking about.
>>
>>150369683
Heh, I see what you mean. That is pretty weird
>>
The opening is extremely comfy to me. Maybe it's the memories I have of watching the film at my grandma's house.

I'd recommend Song of the South too. The music is great.

I remember the dumbass FOTM effect this game had and how it was quickly forgotten because everyone knew that was dumb
>>
>>150359950
Wildly charming film, even if it's just multiple shorts stitched together.
>>
>>150369459

The only live action Disney remake with soul
>>
I like it, but I actually prefer the Russian version.
>>
>>150374711
It's not even a remake. It's a sequel.
>>
>>150374732
Really? Why's that?
>>
>>150376518
I like it better. Disney's Pooh is very traditional, very corporate. That's not a negative, but it is less interesting. The Russian one is like a storybook come to life.

I should emphasize that they're both good.
>>
>>150376554
This is really charming, thanks for sharing
>>
>>150374818
Sequel to what exactly?
>>
>>150359950
It's essentially a series of shorts tacked together in a single movie.
>>
>>150361626
>>150379073
disingenuous "movie"

why was rabbit such an asshole to gopher aka the only one in the hundred acre wood who works for a living and is self employed at that. as far as im concerned gopher can give honey to whoever the fuck he wants, he earned it with his own damn money. also keep in mind pooh wasn't going to eat it, he was just going to taste it.

what's great about him?
>>
>>150384308
He's just a funny little guy that pops up every now and then, never really overstaying his welcome. The fact that he's self-aware about being an OC gives him a cheeky sort of air to him that contrasts well with everyone else's more unintentional fourth wall breaks.
