I just can't accept people whith zero familiarity with the technology being able to pilot an Alien ship.Like, it take at least several months of training for a air-liner pilot to be allowed to fly a different model.At least in Independence Day, they had the alienship retrofitted with decades of researches to understand how it work.In Predators, it looked like the crucified had set the ship on auto-pilot so I could buy it, but it doesn't matter as the ship got blew up anyway.And no, at the risk of disappointing some, having autism doesn't mean you can figure out Alien tech on your own either.
