What did you think of Mystery Inc?

Needed Mike to be Fred's spurned sassy gay frenemy, with the gayness only confirmed post-show by Cervone in a bid for being hip and woke with the kids.

its excellent, best versions of the cast. however i think the overarching plot is kind of shit outside of the focus on scooby. the show is 10/10 when its just the team fucking around solving mysteries and takes a step down when you get into the nibiru shit

Easily one of the best pieces of Scooby media along with the original series and Zombie Island.

I liked the visual style well enough but the writing was lazy and self-satisfied, and the characterization one-note to a basically parody skit degree.

Yes this was my problem with it as well although I did think the overarching plot and actual mysteries were good.

The romance drama dragged down the show, to the point no one tuned into the second season.

Liked the added horror elements to the show. Fred and Velma are still the worst incarnations of themselves in the entire franchise, which makes it hard to rewatch.
Frank Welker is still god-tier as Fred, but I've never liked him as Scooby.

Which is a shame because the end went hard.
