Foreign animation and Claymation experts might be able to figure out this one. The short is about this shirtless guy with a turban which I'm assuming is Indian(because of the brown skin, he could be Arabian though) shrinking himself as small as a spoon. The scene I remember the most is he gets himself inside a blender, turns into bloody juice, becomes a ghost and drinks himself with a straw back to life. Other stuff happens either before or after since I can't remember that as well. I think he explores the place as a ghost, his house I guess.The year range could be anything from the 70s to 2004 since it looked older than what was on tv at the time.
