At the end of the day, this isn't Japan. I don't see the higher ups treating them as sacred untouchable parts. Yes, the Simpsons team have retired characters like Edna and Troy in the past due to shock deaths, but in more recent times they have also recast characters like Martin who lost their VA. I just find it hard to believe an executive up top at FOX or Disney is going to accept "the show can't go on, because we simply can't recast Marge" as an excuse.This applies to Spongebob too, they've already been milking that past it's expiration date for years at this point, arguably even worse than Simpsons because at least Simpsons hasn't had pointless spin-offs like "Camp Springfield" or "The Ned Flanders Show". That show only ends when Nick themselves close their doors. Family Guy has been cancelled multiple times before, but seems a little more of a safer spot currently. I can see it ending before the two above, but they will certainly be in no rush with the ratings still being healthy. I think if they do end first, it will be because of something political and a suit getting hurt feelings, but South Park is probably drawing enough heat from that that FG can continue making their lighter jabs without much pressure.The first one to go has to be TTGO, because CN is on life support as it is and WB is well into freefall. That show will end thanks to outside forces working against it. And even then, they may end up finding a way to renegotiate a deal with Netflix or whatever after everything at WB is up in flames.
