I recently watched it and thought it was alright, but Superman felt overly emotional. Unlike other versions in the DCAU, DCAMU, Superman vs. The Elite, Red Son, All-Star Superman, or even the Arrowverse (DCEU excluded), this one lacks the well-mannered restraint I like. Those Supermen might get frustrated with Lois or furious at Lex, but they wouldn’t scream or smash furniture over it.
