>>150408665The newer style is mostly for time constraints I imagine. Doing actual papercraft would take too long with how tight their schedule is, so it'd probably have to be a special or something.

>>150408862Only the pilot episode was actually papercraft anon, rest of the original seasons were done digitally to look like papercraft. The above art style is objectively more laborious than the bottom using the same tools.
