Which Pixar Sequel is the absolute worst?
>>
>>150416767
Toy Story 4
>>
>>150416767
Cheap ass couldn’t find a proper TS4 poster, huh?
>>
>>150416883
It does not even deserve it.
>>

Hot take: Toy Story 4 is worse than Cars 2, honestly I hate agreeing Mr. Enter but I agree with him when says that Cars 2 is like the Bee Movie of the Pixar lineup: a film so stupid and unable to be taken seriously you can’t help but view it as a shitpost, it’s not like the Cars universe ever made sense anyway, wish it just wackiness like this rather than grounded stuff, Toy Story 4 is a shit film that makes Buzz into a retard, ruins Woodys arc of being loyal, sidelines all the main characters from the prior films, and ruins the perfect ending they had from Toy Story 3.
>>
>>150416992
Woody was loyal, the issue was that he was going too far for a girl who prefers other toys
>>
come to think of it i literally know nothing at all about cars 3 except for the main character crashing in a race or whatever. i have never, ever seen anyone discuss it even critically.
cars 2 at least has meme value, it's so bad it's good. it's a blast to watch when you're fucked up
>>
>>150416767
All of 'em.

Incredibles 2 is the greatest evil of them all. Only Finding Dory comes close in terms of sheer "what else do we got?" energy. For as shit as all of these sequels were, some atleast still get discussed. Nobody talks about Finding Dory. Incredibles 2 and Toy Story 4 will remain permanently relevant as a direct result of the outrage they inspire, Monsters U and Cars 2 will be half remembered oddities akin to Shark tale or the Penguins of Madagascar movie, but Finding Dory just doesnt exist in the zeitgeist. It's a movie nobody wanted, nobody remembers, but somehow all watched.

Did ANYBODY even like the new characters introduced in the fourth movie? (Forky, Gabby, Duke, Ducky and Bunny, Giggles)
>>
>>150418463
desu forky was the only thing in ts4 i actually did like. they should've just done a streaming miniseries with him or whatever

I genuinely think all of the pre-Pixar Toy Story 3 drafts are better than TS4.
>>
>>150416767
> TS3
None of the fun of TS2, which was an improvement on the original.
> CARS 2
The original wasn't very good to begin with.
> MU
Better than the original.
> DORY
I don't care.
> Incredibles 2
Bird is still the best Pixar director.
> TS4
All the problems of TS3, only worse.

>implying MU is better than the original
>>
>>150418603
The original wasn't very good to begin with. It's like two different movies in one, and it doesn't accomplish what it sets out to do. MU is a fine, coherent experience.
>>
>>150418597
>TS2, which was an improvement on the original

>>150416767
MU is a more entertaining movie than most of these films and probably would've been better than the original if they had a little more time added to the film.
>>
>>150418612
shit tier taste.
>>
>>150418676
> Boo antics and... doors, and shit
Fucking lame. MU is much more playful with the universe and doesn't go with that chickenshit plot.
