Bump
>>150419214>>150419227Man I love these two action shots here. The artist was cooking
>>150419340Dun dun duuuuuuuun
>>150419384I like how helping Emma puts conflict between Spidey and Captian Stacey. Shows how a superhero can't necessarily become a cop cause he would need to put his code above other ones when needed
bumping
>>150419126>>150419126thanks anon.
>>150421744Thanks, man
>>150421936
>>150419333So like is he gonna pay for that window?
>>150422850Not Pennyless Parker lol
>>150422850I can picture JJ salivating at the opportunity of projecting Spider-Man as a public menance because he breaks windows and that window-breaking denies the human right of looking out of your home without the air coming in or something
>>150419340>Emma almost saying the quiet part out loud
so did Emma accidentally wipe Chat's memories of dating Peter, or was there genuine malicious intent there?
>>150423484All will be revealed in the next issue (day after tomorrow)
>>150423418Ironic for a telepath
I noticed there was no Jean in the last issue. I can understand Xavier not showing up but that one's a little tricky, does she not exist in this continuity? is that why they had to age down Emma to a teenager instead of just using Jean?
>>150423548Sorry, I can’t tell. I didn’t read any other runs of Marvel Adventures except Spider-Man and even then only the issues which Paul Tobin wrote
>>150423403Spider-Man? More like window-breaker-man.
>>150423548Jean does exist, for some reason she's not with the X-Men in this issue and she makes a cameo somewhere in the MA Spider-Man relaunch series
>>150424189Huh, nice to hear that. The X-Men aren't as jerky here compared to the mainline continuity
>>150423548The book ran when zjean was dead the second time around and editorial was shoving Emma down everyone's throats as her permanent replacement
>>150425224It did but the Marvel Adventures line wasn't adhering to thatX-Men was the only franchise that didn't get a Marvel Adventures book and I think the only time they showed up before Tobin's MA Spider-Man was in Marvel Adventures Hulk, where they were the O5 and looked like the X-Men First Class (the 2006 comic, not the movie) versions. I don't know if they originally intended First Class to be part of Marvel Adventures or not, but it was written by Jeff Parker who wrote part of the Marvel Adventures line for a while
Great series, thor the migthy avengers from 2011 is also good.
>>150425595Indeed
>>150425424Seems they had quite some faith in this universe but then it fizzled out
>>150423484You never know with Emma
>>150419397Last issue left now. Hopefully the relaunch is next
reading bump
>>150420302>cooking
this was a lot more fun than I was expecting, nice read
>>150419126nostalgia bump
>>150428907painting then
>>150428132Thanks
>>150428132>>150429804yo thanks guys
>>150428967It’s one of the best runs ever in my opinion. The story’s good, the characters are good, the conflict is believable, and the action is fun and understandable.
>>150431760>The story’s good, the characters are good, the conflict is believable, and the action is fun and understandable.Straight opposite of ASM
>>150424688they're not as jerky as modern comics but they're still not that good compared to how they should be
>>150432425They are just too tribal nowadays. Very elitist. I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Maybe if they were rebooted or something idk
>>150432425Maybe
>>150432483>>150433206I figure it's just modern Marvel's method of ragebaiting fans into buying their trash because they ran out of story ideas and don't let the ones who DO have ideas shine. just like Spider-Man, X-Men is one of their biggest properties so it's natural to think they'd do the same there.
>>150433353Yeah, its completely occupied right now like all other big media these days. Sad times.
>>150419397will you continue this series after #61 and into the relaunch?
>>150434316Yup I will, but I was thinking of a one week break before I start uploading the relaunch. What do you think?
>>150419126if you grew up on a base you read this shit more than ultimates
>>150434473You mean military bases? They got this run instead of the Ultimate line up?
>>150434473Military bros be eating good
>>150434473Why?
>>150419126bold for the cover to feature Bullseye so prominently when his actual fight is the next issue
>>150425932it was just meant to be a side comic line for new readers and teens, it's a miracle it lasted so long
>>150424189ah okay, I figured she didn't exist yet or maybe she was "dead" during this part of their storyline
