>>150435434So because it took around six months to animate (and I've tried to stop juggling other creative projects for the time being) The plan is to release 5 minute episodes for now just to get the foundation of the central characters, the main conflict, etc. Eventually I'd love to make a 45 min - 1 hour movie but that's long term.

One of the general ideas is that people have started disappearing off the face of the Earth under mysterious circumstances. Most who disappear do so after fulfilling some sort of existential crisis that takes them to another land, one where they can be more ultimate version of themselves based off their characteristics. Some have reality bending abilities, some have no change whatever.

Animation can be a little jarring at times but the trippy gene splicing scene was fucking amazing. Good stuff, I'm still confused at the general premise but overall I liked it

Also, without getting too much into detail, the premise is kind of like a separation of the world population where those who have transcended or left the old world find themselves in a new one that feels familiar and ancient. Everyone has an elevated sense of freedom but just because you can fly around or shoot fire from your fingertips doesn't mean you're suddenly free from your internal issues. I think Doog will realize that there are connections and experiences that overlap with the new world and the old one.

There's a lot of stuff that's hard to fit into a small episode though. I think what I really want to do is just magnify people's characteristics and see what would happen in some kind of amplified form.
