Having to rely upon people to compromise themselves to illicit activities as a means to her ends, having to be more devious as she applies her "cleverness" to schemes that'd ultimately cause new degrees of harm she wouldn't normally be comfortable in, all for some means to an end she'd like to think is noble even though she's quickly just becoming another problem for the city even if in her mind she's singling out the "right targets" to prey upon.
