The plots held my attention well enough and while not really all that creepy or spooky it was entertaining paranormal themed fun. Show has been surprisingly fun so far. I liked what they did with this guy. A unique take getting to have a constant eye on one of these slasher killers. Even if my first thought on seeing the bag was it was going to be a Zodiac reference and we were going murder mystery. Of course a Jason one made more sense. Surprisingly sweet ending with him resonating with seeing Esther go through what he did and passing on to Esther and seemingly finding something else to do.
I wonder if it possible for humans to become demons instead of ghosts. Maybe they really need to fuel by so much anger or evil.

Ok offiically ended the season and yeah not some peak but a fun watch. Especially the abaddon ep, really like he's not so boring or overdone with the old timey voice.This def is up for best ep, only gripe is they should have emphasized the abaddon friendship with esther. Though it's subtly there and obvious who else could teach her black magic and give her demonic tools and books. Most of the ghost are stupid, but still for what the finale was going for we needed a bit more abaddon and esther moments. Most of his moments are with everyone but her honestly kind of sad. Also they are really cute together, like how in a way they are each others weakness. Abaddon really hurt her feelings more than we've seen the rest of the season when he said she was just a blip. An him being so concerned for esther and the family even willing to give up his powers shows that as he said guess she wasn't a blip in reality he's officially been with esther longer than anything else in existence.

This gave the feeling that has a decent foundational season 1, then has a great season 2 and 3, before quality begins to fall with season 4. The animation itself was much nicer than other “adult” shows which makes it more appealing than many others on Netflix.But it’s Netflix so I’m ready for there to only be a Season 2 before it’s cancelled for not having the right balance of Squid Game viewing numbers vs Big Mouth cost to make.

I liked it but I didn't really buy this whole best friends schtick in the final episode. Abbadon barely interacted with her in the season and spent way more time with the mother and the boys. What little we do see of the two interacting is far more antagonistic than the we have our own secret handshake they were doing in the season finale.
