First, MTV demanded so.e form of music content in the show so this was how Judge provided it. Second, MTV gave Judge a low budget for the show, so the stick footage and multiple music videos basically was cheap filler meaning they could make short cartoons fit into the 30 minute block

This used to be what they were famous for.It was always the worst part of the show though. A lot of the early season music video segments really felt like they were done out of obligation and has nothing to say.
I never really liked this show. The grating laughter pretty much ruined any chance of me being entertained.
