However, the same could be said about Blade. Blade’s regeneration allowed for him to regenerate from bruises, cuts, and stab wounds in mere seconds meaning that chip damage and minor damage aren’t a factor for either. If we had to compare regeneration, Blade’s would likely be better. While Buffy was able to regenerate basically all her blood back in a day, Blade was able to do the same thing while also regenerating from getting tortured in just a few minutes, thus Blade should take regeneration. I thought it was funny how Maka got a single line about being able to directly keep up with a guy literally faster than his own shadow, meanwhile they spent a solid minute jumping through multiple hoops of chain scaling before finally just saying fuck it and gave Ruby a completely made up speed multiplier.
