Where he gets pissed off at Stella because he put up with this sham of a marriage for so long and despite his burning desires to do so, remained faithful for Octavia, just for Stella to go and ruin everything. That anger could lead him to flaunting his authority as a full-fledged Ars Goetia and man of the house to do...whatever consequence from there.There's a million ways you can take an AU, which is part of the fun, but there's a nugget of one of those ideas at least.

Stella would make sure Octavia gets either no husband or a good husband. Making sure she's well prepared to stand for herself should the worse come to happen. Like her marriage with Stolas.

That also involved Millie and Blitz ending up together in the post-apocalyptic Hell. You can do the math as to how that managed to be and how that worked out in the end. But in the right situation, it's a pairing that I think can really work.
