>does the whole plot a lot of stories do where the dad is disappointed with his son for wanting to follow his dreams>except his dream is holding a stable plumbing job in new york city instead of something like becoming a rockstar or a billionairei don't get it
I thought this movie was very pretty and did a good job presenting the Mario world.
>>150523267Mario didn't just want a stable job though. It's made a point that they left a stable plumbing job to pursue their own business. A riskier endeavor than working under that Spike guy
>>150523267>does the whole plot a lot of stories do where the dad is disappointed with his son for wanting to follow his dreamshe was more disappointed that he quit his job with spike>except his dream is holding a stable plumbing job in new york city instead of something like becoming a rockstar or a billionairegiven the sucky nature of the ad they made for their businessits not exactly wrong to question their decision
>>150523267You know I would e figured they already had their steady plumbing business going considering I always viewed them as 30 something year olds.
I'm not a fan of the games I'll admit, but this movie felt very hollow to me, like they expected the viewer to fill in a lot of blanks.
