Engine swaps in old pickups were easy as shit.All you need is an engine, which isn't the cheapest thing in the world, but is generally cheaper than a new truck

(Ironically died after the first time I got an oil change) Second engine had 110,000 miles on it but it lasted a good 7 years. Newest one is refurbished I believe. Calling it quits after this one.
