"言葉にする" is expression meaning "to put in words," and its followed by conjunction "ならば" meaning "if possible", "そういう" is pre-noun adjectival meaning "such/like that" in English, "イメージ" is English word "image" in katakana, and "だった" is past form of "た"-verb ("to be). As you can see, while the 5th sentence doesn't translate well into English, its clearly about Simon struggling to understand what he's feeling happening inside his body and trying to picture that in his mind.
